A Super Bowl ring is the pinnacle of achievement in professional football, with many players going their entire career without even the chance to win one.
Now, in a rare opportunity, the Super Bowl XLI ring won by popular Indianapolis Colts linebacker Gary Brackett, along with the AFC Championship ring Brackett won with the team, will be the premier items in Ripley Auction’s Super Sports & Entertainment sale on February 5, 2022.
Approximately 70 players rings were made for the team that won the World Championship with a 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears on February 4, 2007. Only one player’s ring from that team is known to have been offered to the public since the Colts’ victory, and Brackett’s ring is the first active-roster player’s ring to come to market.

The Brackett rings are just two of the several hundred items up for auction, which include graded and raw trading cards, autographed items, and sports and entertainment memorabilia.
The auction will be held live and in person at Ripley Auctions at 2764 E. 55th Place, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46220, as well as online with ripleyauctions.com. Telephone and absentee bids will also be accepted.
As a special bonus for in-person bidders, former American Basketball Association players will be signing autographs at the auction, with proceeds going to the Dropping Dimes Foundation. The foundation supports former ABA players that did not receive any pension or financial support from the National Basketball Association following the NBA-ABA merger.
