Senior Appraiser J. Scott Keller is very pleased to announce his association with Ripley Appraisal Services, serving as Senior Appraiser and Of Counsel, while continuing to serve his clients, after over thirty-one years in the practice.
Scott’s company, Blackard and Geiger, Limited, has been noted for a number of high-profile appraisals. Scott was President of The Decorative Arts Society for seven years, and President of the Asian Art Society for two years, both at The Indianapolis Museum of Art/Newfields. Scott taught courses in art history of the decorative arts at the Herron School of Art and Design, in Indianapolis, for fourteen years as well.
Brothers Dan Ripley and Dave Ripley are third-generation Indianapolis art and antique professionals, with extensive experience both from owning a retail gallery and from their internationally-acclaimed auction house history.
