There’s no need to call. The entire staff is working diligently to process invoices and prepare winning lots for

pickups/anticipated shipping, all while building our next beautiful, blockbuster event! If you have questions or concerns, an email to [email protected] is your fastest way to answers over these early post-auction days.

KEY POST AUCTION INFO:

1: Purchase invoices MUST be Paid BEFORE YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING QUOTE.

2: Shipping quotes are generated AFTER your items are packed for accuracy in the quoting process.

3: Shipping quotes come via email from SHIPPING SAINT, our in-house shipping department. Please monitor your spam folder if your invoice is PAID.

4: PICK UP appointments will begin on Tuesday, following the sale and continue, weekdays, (M-F 10-3)

5:  ANY ITEMS NOT PAID AFTER 10 Days are subject to cancellation. Email is the best way to resolve this.

6:  Items not specified for shipping or pickup 10 days after sale could potentially incur storage fees if not removed or shipped.

7: Shipping quotes are NOT BASED ON PURCHASE PRICE.  There WILL be cases when shipping costs more than your item. Our dedicated staff will work with you through the process to be as efficient and cost effective as possible.
