Camilio Tafoya was active 1925-1995, Carved and sgraffito black ware and red war jars and bowls. Son of Sara Fina and Geronimo, father of Joseph Lonewolf Grace Medicine Flower and Joe Tafoya. Exhibits in multiple Museums and Galleries across the Southwest and published in multiple databases and publications. Beginning in the mid 1920's he was among the earliest carvers of blackware and redware pottery at Santa Clara. (Source: Schaaf, 2000)
