EXPRESS AUCTION TERMS!
All items are sold without reserve, presale estimates, or detailed in-depth descriptions. Every item is sold as-is, with no returns or guarantees. Actual photos will be used of the items. Condition reports, additional photos or questions confirming quantities, dimensions, or additional details may not be available.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: All bidders will pay a 25% buyer's premium. Third party bid sites (including Invaluable) may charge you additional fees, including additional buyer's premium, processing fees, and sales tax.
SALES TAX: Buyers may be subject to sales tax unless proper exemption documentation has been submitted to Invaluable.
PAYMENT: The credit card used to register is automatically charged 48 hours post sale. Payments are accepted by Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, ACH, and Bank Wire Transfer. Gold or purchases over $5,000 will require confirmed funds, such as ACH or Bank Wire Transfer. The full purchase price plus all applicable taxes, processing fees, and storage fees are expected before removal of any items.
PICKUP: Local pickup is available and preferred. Pickup is by appointment during specific dates and times. An appointment scheduler is provided to all winning bidders via text and email post sale. Items that are not removed within the provided dates and times will be forfeited.
SHIPPING: Shipping and white glove services are available through our third party logistics partner, Shipping Saint, by request.
REMOVAL: Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.

Shipping Terms
Shipping is available through a third party shipping service, Shipping Saint. Please contact our office if you would like to arrange your own shipping. Buyers will not automatically receive a shipping invoice. You will be sent a separate invoice for shipping once your initial invoice is paid and your items are packed and ready to ship. Shipping is invoiced via Shipping Saint and cannot be combined with your auction invoice.

PICKUP: Items are subject to storage fees if they are not removed from premises within 10 business days. If items require third party shipping, arrangements and removal must be completed within 15 business days.
